Got Mo? Motivational Tips To Keep You Pumped


Having trouble staying motivated? We all do. So, we have some motivational ideas for you.

First, let’s create a goal board. This gives you a visual reminder of why you created this goal.

I like doing this with Pinterest boards. Here are some examples.

Create your goal board and fill it with photos and images that help you stay motivated and excited. Brains love images because that’s the way they think: visually. So, your Pinterest goal board will stimulate and engage your mind to help you achieve your goal.

Next, we have a simple tool to help you stay focused on your goals.

Draw a large square on a piece of paper and then divide it into four smaller squares.

Place your ultimate goal in the upper left square, and write a key benchmark in the upper right square. Drop an interim benchmark in the lower left square. In the lower right square, place a list of key to-dos you need to complete this week to meet your interim benchmark.

Breaking down your ultimate goal, helps you monitor your goals on a daily basis. Each morning, review where you are. This keeps you on track for meeting the big goal.
